Pauline is a fully trained counsellor and Psychotherapist, who worked as a Race Equality Officer in Education. She has extensive experience in developing "train the trainer" programmes on racial equality and diversity for major organisations, such as the Police Training College, British Gas, NHS and Regional Councils.
Pauline helped the Fire Brigade Union set up a confidential national helpline to support minority groups and regularly runs diversity awareness training with the NHS National Waiting Times Centre. Pauline develops training content on diversity awareness, equality, assertiveness, and building effective teams.
