
A wide range of different training programmes can be made available to your employees, each managed by a course leader within a specific department or business area. Each course leader will have access to the Academy to enrol students, create their own courses, load training modules, create validation exercises and track the progress of their students.
As employee access is strictly controlled by course leaders who can determine which courses are relevant for an individual and prohibit student access to any course.
Managers can be granted access to view the grading of their team members so that they can support and encourage their own staff as they progress through a particular course.
