Each course leader  will have access to the Academy to enrol students, create their own courses, load training modules, create validation exercises and track the progress of their students.

As employee access is strictly controlled by course leaders who can determine which courses are relevant for an individual and prohibit student access to any course.

Managers can be granted access to view the grading of their team members so that they can support and encourage their own staff as they progress through a particular course.

Once a training leader has created a training course with a series of validation exercises they can check on the progress of every student enrolled on it. All scores from online assessments are stored in a gradebook.

On passing each stage within a course programme a unique bar coded or numbered certificate can be issued to the employee on passing the course.The system also provides a visible audit trail for any compliance training and helps managers to monitor the progress of their staff.
